By using our website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Payment Terms
The Quartz Factory require a 40% deposit with order, with the balance due on the day of delivery/fitting.
Cancellation rights
The Quartz Factory make bespoke products for every order, cancellation is only permitted up to the time we start to manufacture your order. If you cancel before then a full refund will be made within 14 days of a written request being submitted to:
